The prescription was submitted to my pharmacy but it had 2 sets of instructions and the pharmacy would not give it to me. They tried to call CC and left a message. I called CC and the lady I spoke to helped a lot. She transferred me to a message machine and apparently the message got through to the doctor. This was late afternoon on a Friday and I was worried I would not be able to get my prescription till the next week. The care provider did contact the pharmacy again and give the correct instructions. I went back to the pharmacy before they closed and got the prescription.

I was very impressed with the ease of the process, and especially with the care of the provider. I wish these comments could be shared with her, because she was excellent.

Even though I struggled with Zoom, the doctor gave me excellent advice and I followed up at an urgent care. Very much appreciated her advice and sincere concern.
