Was so patient she was so kind she was the best doctor I have had in years she was thorough she was accurate she was amazing gentle accurate thorough I have not had a compassionate doctor like her in a long time I think she is the best

Colleen listened to me. My symptoms were not severe, but they were lasting for a while. She agreed that I should be treated.

Colleen was polite, thorough, and communicated well. I thought she was efficient to make sure the correct prescription was submitted to the correct pharmacy.

I needed a follow up chat to switch my antibiotic and the care provider was not comfortable doing this. I also also had an additional medical issue going on. An in person visit does provide more options for something like this. She did the best she could.

She really listened to me about my medical condition. And when I asked for the medication I previously used to help my condition. She prescribed me the medication I needed.

Provider didn't seem to want to listen to my concerns. She seemed like she wanted to hurry and end the call. She also did a poor job of explaining exactly what was happening. She did seem sure of her diagnosis. I wasn't confident in her care or that it was the right diagnosis. I felt like my child and our concerns were a bother to her.

The provider did as much as she could and was allowed. But she isn't allowed to do much. "Take Advil." That's about it. She was very nice. But she could not help much. She should be able to order an MRI.
