Kristen NP really helped me out with connecting the video interface with for my appointment. I experience a great amount of fear and anxiety regarding computers. (I will always set up in person/office appointments with my medical providers because of my video/technical anxiety!! However, I was not feeling well and was unable to do so). Kristen NP was able to guide me through the instructions and establish video and sound connections. She helped ease my anxiety for this appointment. Her medical knowledge and bedside/video-side manner was very soothing to me.

Cleveland Clinic is very lucky to have a NP like Kristen working for you. She's compassionate, understanding and explains everything so you know what to expect from beginning to end. So glad she was assigned to me - it made my procedure so much less stressful.

Kristen is an incredible care provider. She is warm, empathetic, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. She responds to email queries In a remarkably timely fashion, and has provided me with exceptional care since I was diagnosed with cancer In 2021. I am SO grateful for her...I cannot say enough good things. She Is exceptional In every way!

Kristen was able to remember specifics concerning my health, made suggestions to keep me on track with Lynch syndrome testing and scheduled a follow up chest xray after my lung nodule was removed. She also took care of prescription needs.
