Dr. Novak has been exceptional as a physician. He is compasionate, listens to issues and concerns, and communicates treatment options and approaches clearly. He also responds to topics on mychart extremely quickly. I would rate him as the best physician I have ever had. The Cleveland Clinic is lucky to have him on their team.

Dr. Novak is a nice Doc. who spoke in terms I understood and if for some reason I didn't then he would explain things further in-depth or even give a comparison that I would understand. I never call because the answering service is bad. you have to go through more then one person who asks you a hundred ans one questions before they can even transfer you to the office your calling. The ladies at the front desk are Great. I even witnessed one calmly take care of a discruntal patient who came an hour late and started to get nasty when he was told he may not have been able to be seen. All in all I would definitely refer friends and family to this office.

He not only explained what he was doing or going to do but put it in writing and gave me a copy.

Dr. Novak was very personable, caring, and took time to ask questions. I was very comfortable with him, this being the first time I saw him. This visit was not about meds.
