NP *Lard is truly one of the "best" care providers I have "ever" experienced as a patient for over 50 years at the Cleveland Clinic. My rating of her speaks for itself. A very task-oriented and human related person. Nurse *Lard (practitioner). 7. Absolutely!!

I have visited with my provider since before I had my transplants 11 years ago. Everyone I have dealt with since then has been very helpful and given excellent advice. My overall care has been exceptional.

Although this was a routine exam, the provider always asks and listens to any health questions that I may have.

I waited almost an hour and a half after my appointment time to see this provider. when she comes in the room she doesn't even introduce herself to my fianc (which is whom I donated my kidney to). Then she had possible concerns for a UTI, she took a urine sample that day, and then never posted or contacted me concerning the results.
