Michelle was amazing. She listened to everything I said and all of my concerns. She wasn't quick to jump to medicating me. She genuinely seems to care about me and my whole health. I'm truly thankful for her care.

The NP was really good. She listened to my concerns and let me know that I was doing well for now, but would need to keep care established to keep an eye on disease progression. I left feeling relieved but understanding the importance of continuing medical care.

During my visit, Mrs. Lard demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. She was insightful and communicated a wealth of knowledge surrounding how to manage chronic health challenges. Additionally, Mrs. Lard made recommendations for improving my overall level of health by way of incremental changes; those achievable by slight modifications to my daily routines. I am grateful to under her care.

It's been more than a week, and I haven't heard back from the NP regarding my lab work. I left many messages with her secretary and have sent plenty more messages through MyChart. I did not get that service of a patient being the caregiver's first priority as I wasn't put "first" with the service she provided. I am very disappointed with her service. First she made me wait one hour in the waiting room, and then half an hour in the room. She did not prescribe medication as she said she would during my visit and kept typing away without asking my concerns. And when I did tell her my concerns, I felt ignored as she did not respond to me at all. I am still waiting for her message till this day.
