Do not have schedule for next year in Sept of this year ???? Staff let patient to leave without appointment. They pick me up of elevator to take vital after appointment. I ready to change provider to another one who cares and more organize. Also, it was printed CPAP results but not mine..... I surprised

The medical assistant took another patient back tot the exam room and the mix-up did not get straightened out until the doctor came to the reception area 30 minutes after my appointment time.

I spent my career in hospitals and have seen many practitioners at work. Dr. Rodriquez is among the most patient-friendly providers I have ever seen. He was organized, but not hurried, and he made sure I understood my disease and the rationale for his interventions. He was exceptional in all aspects of the care he provided.

Dr. Rodrigues was exceptional with his explanation of my potential condition along with the causes of it. He also was professional and kind as he explained the different treatment options and how they could impact that only my lifestyle but my future health. I applauded him for also mentioning additional research And allowing me to make decisions on my own with his professional insight as the medical professional.

Other than a six month wait for an available appointment everything was sensational. The delay in getting an appointment is probably due to Dr. Rodriguez being very busy

I little confusing getting signed in and I had to wait about 50 minutes past my appointment time before Dr Rodrigez came in. However, once he was with me he was very informative, patient, and thorough. I fel th the appointment went well.

Physician's profile on Cleveland Clinic's website states his treatment and services included general neurology. MRI scans/CDs were taken to the appointment to be reviewed and doctor did not want to review or discuss stating he was a sleep specialist only.

I waited 20 minutes in the wait room then another 35 minutes in the exam room. Dr. Rodriguez apologized for the delay but I felt it was excessive.

I waited 57 minutes beyond my appointment time to see the doctor. My appointment was made several months ahead of time and I feel that amount of wait time is unacceptable. Also, if I am expected to wait nearly 1 hour, the staff should inform me of the expected wait time instead of just leave me in the room and say "he will be in shortly"

Dr. Rodriquez is very thorough and provides excellent feedback on my health status. I appreciate that he reviews information with me and provides written information including printouts if information from my cpap machine. This info is invaluable. He appears genuinely interested, concerned and involved in my care. He seems to enjoy his work and interaction with his patients. His bedside manner is excellent and warm.

Dr. Rodriguez has wonderful bedside manner. He asks lots of questions and also gives you the opportunity to ask questions, or volunteer additional information. He is a great listener and is engaged in what you are saying. I had a great visit with him! My only complaint is that his appointments book out months in advance, making it difficult to get in.
