I appreciate that Dr. Nageotte spent quite a bit of time with me. He listened and responded to my concerns and questions, gave explanations, and remained with me until all questions had been answered.

Bill Nageotte, PA was very respectful and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. He took the time to listen to all of my questions re the knee surgery, and answered them satisfactorily. I was very satisfied with the outcome.

The PA had advised me that the pain that presented in my (previously) replaced knees would subside when my deteriorated hip joints were replaced. I was skeptical. The pain was, Indeed, substantially reduced following that surgery, and I pleasantly apologized for doubting him. I now anticipate a full recovery when my right hip is replaced.

Dr. Nageotte is a good doctor and doesn't beat around the bush. He is very forthright in his response and tells it like it is. He is very knowledgeable and keeps me abreast of my progress. He is very honest about my situation so I know exactly what to expect.

William Nageotte has always been very clear and concise in his advice, recommendations and replies. He has always been very responsive in his replies to questions in MyChart. He and Dr. Molloy have a unified approach in their surgical and post-surgery care.
