Dr. Cho, NP Christine and other team members are wonderful. I especially appreciate their specialization with a focus on ladies cardiac care. I am so very grateful that Dr. Cho started the ladies Cardiovascular Clinic. We ladies are often an underserved population who have different signs and symptoms then gentlemen may experience. Within the ladies cardiac clinic I feel that I have a voice and that my concerns are heard.

The care coordination is highly effective with appointments clustered. MyChart is a great system and the ability to email health professionals and the EPIC team people is so very comforting. I have been able to see cardiologist, EP cardiologist, NPs, lab, EKG and ultrasound people in one building. I have discovered the benefits of the tele-heath option for the dietician and the pharmacist and loved it. I have then been able to use the MyChart email to ask follow up questions on food plan and medications. I also emailed the EPIC people to ask if there was a place that I could make a pdf as an attachment of diagnostic and other medical reports from primary care doctor from another hospital system to place in MyChart, but this is not possible. so a work around is that I made the pdf attachment and then send directly to the cardiologists office. The EPIC people were very nice and answered all of my questions about this process.
