He was very knowledgeable very attentive. He seemed genuinely concerned about the pain I was having and gave me quite a few suggestions on how to get more comfortable. I thank him for his suggestions.

Great service, unfortunately I cannot get the insurance company to respond to my request for preauthorization. So, although the doctor was great, I am still in pain and am not able to get the treatment prescribed by the doctor. Therefore, going to the doctors was a waste of time.

Getting an appointment can be challenging. The doctors are always booked up so, an appointment can take up to 4 months.

PA Semple listened intently to my concerns and was very informative. He provided multiple options to treatment and answered all questions about those treatments . I feel that I am received very competent care .

Clarence spoke at me for the duration of the appointment starting with therapy he would not consider and why. Physical exam without explanation of what/why he was assessing, nicely reviewed knee imaging which was helpful. Therapy plans appeared as cut and paste into my AVS (PT, balm/heat) versus individualized plan. Spoke down of other care givers (IM/PT) prior recommendations and emphasized his extensive experience. Provided prescription for medication that could be purchased OTC (was more economical). I was a number with a knee issue, next.
