This was my first time meeting Elizabeth and I was very impressed. She cared about me in a holistic approach...the elderly man, the patient and the customer. None of my questions were left unanswered or answers not clear to me. I enjoyed the visit very much.

Despite not being seen by my rheumatologist, I was more than satisfied with the knowledge and care provided by Elizabeth Kirchner during my visit. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. She also provided direction for follow-up tests.

My only concern is the difficulty/delay in rescheduling appointments when my physicians are unavailable. I make appointments well in advance, but when cancellations take place it seems I have had to wait for weeks or months to be rescheduled. This has happened three times in the past two years.

Elizabeth Kirchner is always a pleasure to meet with. She is very professional and thorough with her questions and concerns. She was very helpful in assisting with some extra lab work that I needed and arranged for me to go to the lab right inside the building. The only reason I got an appointment with her was because my doctor's office called to get me in. The soonest I could get into Rheumatology was 3 1/2 months from the time of my diagnosis.

Betsy listened to my concerns about the way an old injury was described in my chart, which I believed was incorrect. She actually took the time to look up the original injury in the UH records, agreed with my assessment after reading the description, and made a note of it in my chart. I really appreciated that.

See last comment. Most doctors blow me off when I say that they don't really understand the injury. Betsy took my concern seriously.

Elizabeth Kirchner is very great at her job. She actually listens to you and what your issues are. Often times you come to the doctor and they ask you questions as a way to check if the box but Elizabeth actually cares about how you respond to the questions she asks you. She actually does an examination as well which I feel often in RA they do not and I very much appreciate her looking at my joints and suggesting how to better improve my overall feeling as it relates to my RA.
