Alfred Melillo is an amazing health care provider. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything very well. He is also very caring and compassionate and never hurries things along, and he desires the best possible outcome for his patients. I have full confidence in him and would highly recommend him. Cleveland Clinic is very fortunate to have such a wonderful provider.

Al was so easy to talk with. He explained everything in detail. This appt was hfu with Dr Mroz but he was called in for an emergency surgery. So the nurse called and said Al Mellino offered to work me in on his ached.I was very pleased with my appt.

This disabled Korean War vet appreciates this third meeting with Drs at CC over the last 5 yrs wherein in I have received what I consider to be outstanding care. This visit was especially critical for some very serious decisions are pending on what comes next for my continued neck / upper back challenges which I consider to be in good hands with doctors

The PA, Alfred Melillo couldnt' have been nicer and more attentive than he was. I was very impressed with his kindness and the time he took to explain the details of the procedure that was going to happen, unlike the previous doctor I had for this same condition. I have been looking for help for my back problems for years and I think I finally found doctors who have listened to my concerns.

Al Melillo is my go to person. He is always caring. He explains my condition and treatment In terms I can understand. I am fortunate to have found him. I have been coming to him for about 5 years now. He is well worth the 1-1/2 hour drive.

Al is personable, patient and an outstanding listener when conveying concerns. His thoughts, explanations and overall assessments are measured, and he's attentive to clearly communicating after reviewing prior history, test results, and present concerns. There Is very comfortable Q and A In conversations. When visiting with Al, I felt cared for as a patient, and I understood much more about my present condition and options. He's also conscientious about following up.
