You should be able to schedule an appointment when you leave from the office of your appointment. Why do you have to wait a month or 2 to schedule an appointment for 6 months out? Then when you try through my chart it's a train wreck. Or if you call you can not get the time or day you need and this time I couldn't even get Dr Tang I settled with the NP or who knows when I would get in.

PA Tracey Matejka is outstanding. She discusses everything about my medications, any side affects. I never feel rushed during our time together. Very nice person, good manner.

Usually takes a long time to get an appointment, but Cleveland Clinic has such knowledgeable doctors.

I am so grateful for all the care I received at the Cleveland Clinic. Every person was so professional and extremely nice and I appreciated them for having me see Dr Alvarez and all the Doctors in the Heart Failure department. I can't say enough. Thank you sincerely
