I was happy to be able to see Dr.Dupps this time, because last time, I saw another eye doctor because Dr Dupps was in South America! when my appt was scheduled to take place!! I was not happy at that time as I had waited over 6 months to see Dr Dupps!! This time I did see Dr Dupps himself and tho the wait after getting the dilating drops was OVER AN HOUR, it was worth the wait. very pleased with Dr Dupps and the time he spent with me.

this was the first time for the eye doctor. I was very surprised to get in so fast. only a couple weeks. My experience at the office was excellent. The reception and check in took no time at all and very friendly. it only took a few minutes before we saw the nurse who went through all my records, did all the testing and explained everything thoroughly and informative. The assist Doctor was excellent explaining all the results and the next steps. Then Doctor Dupps came in after reviewing my test and explain everything, what was going on with my eyes and giving me the proper care. I was really impressed with the whole process. From getting the appointment to talking to the Doctor after all the test and the next steps. I have been a Cleveland Clinic patient from family doctor to Heart doctor and now eye doctor. Cleveland Clinic has a great reputation and I confirm. I have gone to the Clinic at least 40 years or longer. I have had great care. THANKS CLEVELAND CLINIC.
