Appointment was originally scheduled with the wrong provider. Dr.Dupp was kind enough to get me in that day so that I didn't have to make the long drive back again. Please note: This is the 2nd time this ha s happened to me (not in the eye clinic).

Reviewed on Dec 3, 2019

Dr Marsallsa (sp?) and Dr Dupp both were in the room and discussing my care with me. I really appreciated their kindness and patience with me as I came to realize that my prior physician made it impossible for them to fix my vision due to the 6 surgeries he had already done to destroy my vision. However, they cared enough to worry about my pain and discomfort that I experience on a regular basis to formulate what I thought was a pretty insane plan at the time. However, I will come back to them when my other eye needs surgery and trust them with what's left of my sight. They are truly 2 of the best doctors I have ever seen. To sit down facing me and ask me to "tell them my story", when they had already read it in the computer was impressive for a doctor. They referred me to a colleague MUCH closer to my home for the next step in my care for managing the pain symptoms, but left the door wide open if I want to return for any reason. I believe that the world needs many more caring doctors like these 2.
