To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, Cleveland Clinic maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

Dr. Emery is a phenomenal doctor who shows a lot of care for patients. he listens to you and doesn't make you feel dumb or like you are overreacting. I also had a great experience getting my blood drawn and the whole lab process was very quick in and out which is imperative for me because my phobia of needles only gets worse the longer I wait around thinking about getting my blood drawn.

Dr. Emery is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He performed both of my previous cesarean sections, and I am happy to have him perform this one. He answered all of my questions, and was patient with me during my appointment. He didn't try to rush me out at all. He was also gentle during my tests, which I greatly appreciated.

Dr. Emery is great. His staff is courteous. I scheduled with him because my primary care Dr was full til May and the OBGYN I was seeing was also filled up. I ended up being much happier the 2 times I have seen Dr. Emery than any other dr. He is very thorough in answering questions and makes confusing things easy to understand. Him and his staff do not make you feel rushed. Although going to the dr multiple times in the past few months is not my ideal situation, Dr. Emery and his staff has made me feel more relaxed and at ease. Thank you!!
