Oksana listens very well and is able to assess multiple concerns while determining a conservative course of action. She is always up to date on issues I may raise. She also responds quickly to any mychart messages. Oksana demonstrates genuine care and is a wonderful example of what excellent health care can be.

Like I said before, I prefer a PA over the doctors. She spent time listening to me and really gave me a good exam. I felt like she really cared. Also gave me more ideas to help with my stress level at home.

Ms. Chesterfield thoroughly discussed my treatment options. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I work with young children and have an elderly mother, so I do my best to stay healthy. This care provider is outstanding in every way.

Oksana really pays attention. She lets me share my concerns, and takes the time to answer my question, and then asks if I have more questions. She is very thorough. She is very caring, very wise. She is extremely competent! I know I get excellent care from Oksana. And, she always sends a comment to me on MyChart after she has looked at test results.

Oksana is an amazing practitioner! She never makes me feel rushed, even when I have brought up issues which take extra time. She addresses every need methodically and logically. I believe she respects my intelligence, as well as my 30 year work history in the medical field. She listens to my concerns, my comments, and my experiences, but doesn't lose her focus on the appointment.Oksana is very thorough and explains her reasons for ordering any tests.

Obtaining an appointment with Oksana was much easier than with Dr. Wu. The office canceled my appointment twice and if I would have waited for another appointment would have been over a year to have my annual visit. Ridiculous!

Oksana is really good at what she does! I have complete confidence and trust in her. She listens to what you are telling her and responds with her recommendations for treatment. She prescribed a prednisone pack and PT for my sciatica. She also did a UA and culture for a possible UTI which turned out to be negative. She is very thorough and she listens intently. I recommend her to everyone I know!

I was very impressed with Oksana Chesterfield. This was the first time I had seen her and It was obvious that she had researched my medical history before the appointment. She didn't have much time. I called around 12:15 to make the appointment and they got me in for a 1:20 appointment. She mentioned some conditions that I have in relation to the issue at hand. She talked about the medication she was prescribing. She referred me to a gastroenterologist and said to follow up with her in a few days if I didn't feel better. She was very thorough, looked me In the eye and explained things so that I could understand, and overall had a great bedside manner. I highly recommend her.
