I felt that I was bothering Dr. Herbert with my orthotic issue. he seemed disinterested and dismissive. I thought a podiatrist would want to know more about why the orthotics weren't working rather than asking me what I wanted done with them. I truly felt I was bothering him. very discouraging experience. my first poor experience with a CCF provider.
