I feel vey confident when I meet with Erin Ross - she is so much farther above level of expectation. I have referred several friends and family because she is direct, knowledgeable and understanding of what the patient is going thru. This is what i want from my physician.

This was a first visit with this particular provider for a delicate removal of earwax--not an easy task even for a well trained provider.

She told me the meds she ordered were"a little pricey". They were over $236.00 for a very small bottle of ear drops. When I found out the price and called the office for some other med it took from over two days to get another prescription. I had to call numerous times and so did the pharmacy.

Provider was not friendly, she seemed cold and disinterested.

*Erin is an outstanding medical provider. She is compassionate and very concerned about her patients. She is thorough with her exams.
