Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists may collaborate with the pharmaceutical or medical device industries to help develop medical breakthroughs or provide medical expertise or education. Cleveland Clinic strives to make scientific advances that will benefit patient care and support outside relationships that promise public benefit. In order for the discoveries of Cleveland Clinic physicians' and scientists' laboratories and investigations to benefit the public, these discoveries must be commercialized in partnership with industry. As experts in their fields, Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists are often sought after by industry to consult, provide expertise and education.

To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, Cleveland Clinic maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

She really did not discuss my needs or current health issues

Medical practice was amazing as always doctor wasn't on site waited 1 hr & 35 mins and had to reschedule

Reviewed on Oct 22, 2024

She never showed up I waited almost 2 hours and it was midday. She wasn't even in the office they say she does it all the time and puts them behind.

Dr. Mehta is an amazing woman and physician. I've been with her for almost 30 years and could not imagine having anyone else. She listens, she is caring and thoughtful and above all takes time to speak with you on a personal level. I hope she never retires!

Dr. Mehta is the absolute best! I've been seeing her for 35 years and for good reason! She genuinely cares for her patients !

Reviewed on Jul 9, 2024

Dr Mehta snapped at me and didn't answer my questions or give me the appropriate direction for my care needs. It was an uncomfortable interaction in how unkind she was. She didn't answer my questions fully, told me she was done and then slammed the door and left.

My husband and I agree that we "hit the jackpot" with this doctor. I've been to a lot of doctors in my lifetime and never have I had one so sincere and empathetic. She took the time to get to know us and assure us we are in great hands. We feel safe with this doctor - she genuinely cares.

I would not recommend the doctor I saw to anyone. She barley took my word for anything that was happening to me, didn't plan an appointment for a Pap smear or any sort of lab work compared to what my nurse before her had stated she'd probably do for me. Low quality everything, and only prescribed that I go on birth control for 3-4 months and quit. Poor

The doctor stood right in the doorway. Felt like she was in a hurry. Didn't show any concern for my issue even when I said I really needed help. There was no examination of me at all. Simply said that my body is just doing what a person with my disorder does. She provided no relief for immediate issues. I left feeling defeated

Just felt like she talked down to me,

Reviewed on Jun 10, 2024

Dr. Mehta raised her voice at me when she didn't understand something I was saying instead of asking me clarify. She also dismissed my concern about a yeast infection without checking me for one or doing a culture. This resulted in me having to see a different doctor exactly one week later for the same problem who did check me and provided treatment.

Never had a bad visit with Dr. Mehta!!

Reviewed on Jun 5, 2024

Dr. Mehta rushed through the visit. When I asked for help to get up from the exam table. She said the girl will help you like it was below her to help. I will not use her in the future as she treated me without respect. I got the impression she looked down at me.

This has by far been the worst experience I've ever had with a physician. This appointment we arranged while inpatient after delivery. The appointment lasted no more than five minutes with no exaggeration. The physician joined the virtual call while in her car and quickly loss service. She proceeded to call me from her cell phone. She had no knowledge of my medical history and no Information about my current delivery or diagnosis. She was dismissive of my symptoms and offered no additional assistance. After the visit I reviewed the provider notes/after visit summary and the information she documented is even inaccurate. Lists delivery date as 04/13/2024 when I delivered 4/14/24, lists blood pressure was within normal limits when it was still elevated at 145/89. This is the most unprofessional and unacceptable care provided by a doctor. If this provider does not have time to see sad assess patients then she should not be practicing medicine

She prescribed me medication for BV and then when the test came back negative for BV the feedback was to try vagasil. The problem was never really identified or solved. This was not the first time I have had this happen.

As a guardian, I did not appreciate the doctor continuously, putting their hand up to stop me from speaking my mother did not get the full care and ended up having to go to get another doctor for the Issues issue she was having. She blamed me for having the wrong appointment scheduled.

Dr Mehta is amazing and so caring about mental health

Reviewed on Mar 11, 2024

I've felt since this visit that the doctor's objective was to generate revenue for the practice/health system rather than to provide me care.

Reviewed on Mar 6, 2024

Dr. Metha is very professional and listened to me. Made eye contact and took the time to explain everything. Would highly recommended her!

Reviewed on Mar 4, 2024

I would not recommend Dr.Mehta. She was dismissive and showed little concern for answering any questing I had. Each appointment she spent as little time as possible before rushing off to the next patient. I have seen multiple doctors and midwifes in the practice and have received more engaged, effective care from any one of them.

Reviewed on Mar 1, 2024

The appointment time was 2pm, provider joined at 2:11pm, appointment ended by 2:15pm. This was not a proper visit. I had this appointment for a second opinion and provider did not do anything related to why the appointment occurred which was due to irregular bleeding. Brushed off appointment. What is truly done during an appointment that lasted less than 5 minutes? I'm very disappointed and requesting that I do not be charged nor my insurance billed for this appointment as it was not an actual appointment. Doctor had very poor connection too.
