Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

Dr. Flask has been our Pediatrician for the past 11 years, we love working with her, her demeanor, patience and how well she knows us and our kids needs. And she is charming on top of it. Just wish the would still have appointments in Avon to have her closer, because anytime we need seeing her, we will drive out to Lorain to have her see our kids

We can't speak more highly of Dr. Flask. She is up on all the latest research, approachable, and reassuring. Friendly, genuine, and has this wonderful knack to make me feel guided through this unfamiliar parenting process while never making me feel pushed into a decision or uninformed. Dr. Flask is an extraordinary and delightful woman, and we are blessed to have her overseeing our children's care.
