Incredibly positive experience. My previous doctor would spend minutes with me, ignoring what I had to say, etc.In this case Macy (McInally) spent a lot of time answering my questions, offering practical advice, showing me exactly how I need to stretch before exercise, and helps my me understand root causes and what we would do to work on them. My concerns were answered. She double checked I had any other thoughts or concerns and she was not bothered when I actually did have other questions. Great experience. I have no idea how she fits in so much time for each patient but it's noticeable.

FYI I have a hard time messaging McInally through MyChart. Her name doesn't generate when I click on "send a message to her dr." It would be nice to get that fixed! She is amazing! She is a great listener and addresses all of my concerns.

I have been treated for poison ivy in the past with a much different protocol for the steroids. My poison ivy is taking much longer to clear because she didn't give me a steroid shot or a higher dose of oral steroids.

In the past 3 months I have called 3 times to make an appt because I was ill and was told appts were a week out and go to the express clinic. Very frustrating to have a primary care Dr. But when you need them the most you can't get an appt.
