He doesn't absolutely amazing job listens to what you have to say. Addresses issues that over the course of years even my primary care didn't. And thanks to the wonderful care I've received from Mercy pain management, I was referred to other doctors to find out I had horrible rheumatoid arthritis along with osteoarthritis. I wouldn't be where I am today health-wise if it weren't for them by

Mr Wilhelm is so easy to talk to. He makes you feel comfortable and he's very thorough while he explains. He makes sure you understand what he's saying and he always asks if I have any questions before our visits ends. He's very kind and caring.

Jefferie Wilhelm, CNP is an amazing man, he is caring and compassionate and answers all questions and concerns and never makes me feel rushed.

He always makes sure that I'm good snd all questions and concerns are met before the visit is over. Always letting me know that he's available if anything should come up. The best doctor I have come across that cares about how I'm feeling and try's to find a solution.
