Britta was superior. She actually cares about her patients. My experience with her is polar opposite from that of the Sounds Physician I have had the displeasure of seeing. Seeing Britta reminds me of the former care I received at Mercy before Cleveland Clinic took over.

So easy to talk to. She talked about treatment and let me ask questions without feeling uncomfortable. Pleasant the whole time and let me make decisions based on the information. Very refreshing to not be just a number. Would highly recommend and already have

Britta was caring, thoughtful and very personable. She explained things thoughorly and completely. By the end of my appointment I had no questions or concerns that were left unanswered or unexplained. I appreciated the interest she showed in me and the level of professionalism she showed.

I was seen by Britta Sirgo and I could not have asked for a better experience. She not only fully discussed my current health issue, but she took as much time as I wanted to ask questions, then explained procedures and offered options. Her warm and friendly attitude made the appointment tension-free with a feeling of partnership in making my health decisions. I would recommend her highly.

Britta listened and answered all my questions. I felt like she took time with me and helped me understand my options and what signs /symptoms I should look for to know when I need to change my treatment plan. I really appreciated the time she spent with me.
