I was so impressed with Rebecca. She took time to look at me, speak to me, explain to me instead of talking to a computer screen. I was so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism.

The NP Rebecca C was excellent with her approach on dealing with my issues, disabilities and concerns. Knowing now that I don't do well with most meds, she understands.

This NP cared more about what the computer screen was telling her than getting to know me.Also when I refused the RSV vaccination she got snarky "well I'll just take off and you will never be bothered again".She could have asked why I was refusing, but no that would have been too much communication for her to get to know her patient in why refusing the vaccine.
