Everyone I met in the office was kind and respectful. Dr. Crofton was very knowledgeable and asked me questions no other physician I had seen previously had about my personal life experiences to better understand what kind of care I needed. I did not feel rushed, I was able to ask questions when I was unsure of something, and he made an appointment that I had been nervous about setting up feel relaxed and fun. I look forward to continuing my care with this clinic.

From my initial visit to my PCP to the surgeon (Dr. Malaya) and his Avon team) my care was Impeccable. From diagnoses to removal of my gall bladder which had to be removed. Dr Malaya's team made it possible for me to have my surgery the day after my consult. Fitting me in involved sacrifice and dedication by a lot of individuals. My wife and I have heartfelt thanks that the Cleveland Clinic consistently provides us with this kind of service.

Mr Crofton went above and beyond in providing care. I came in for one issue and then asked him about another problem. He provided care for that and suggested who I should see at the Cliniic: excellent care and advice for both issues!

Getting an annual physical should not be one of the more stressful events in the last nine months. I can't imagine if I was actually in need of serious health care. But, once I got to the visit I've had excellent nurses, PA, and doctors.

Dr crofton was amazing I really felt heard and understood did not feel judged made me feel very welcomed and comfortable he listened to all of my concerns was very friendly I loved that he spoke to my girlfriend who accompanied me in my visits because she is a big part of my treatment

This was my very first visit with Dr. Croton. My Primary Dr. Is Dr. Ing. Dr. Crofton was very thorough. He took time to get to know me and my health history. He is a very caring and concerned person and I at my age 88+ do Appreciate this very much. He wanted to make sure that I coomunicate with him IF I had any special concerns regarding my health. Overall it was a very good Annual Physical experience for me.

My appointment was made originally with Dr. Munzar. I had no notice until the last month(?) that my appt would be with Lan Crofton. I do not have a problem seeing a p.a. For checkups. But it may be one for other patients.

Lan Crofton was very courteous and kind. I was a bit nervous because I've never seen him before but it was really professional and great. He asked questions, took his time to assess me, and was very kind. So great for Men to be kind and patient in medicine.

I appreciated them listening to my concerns of the symptoms matching Shingles more than Bacterial infection and providing the correct medication sooner rather than later.
