I've seen Kelsey a few times now and each and every single time, she makes me feel seen. Like I'm not just part of her job or just another number in the system. She makes me feel heard, asks me more than just the basic questions, she genuinely cares about my wellbeing. She's very patient and thorough. She's also funny which makes her relatable. She has chosen the right profession. She's very knowledgeable and explains everything without making you feel like you're less than.

I stated I've been having severe pain shooting down/on my foot (L), my best description is shin splints but on my foot. I asked what she thought it was, anything to be done, etc. She replied that she didn't know and possibly something from my back

Kelsey was easy to talk with and offered good suggestions to my concerns. She was thorough. I particularly LIKED that she wasn't so focused on the computer screen that she didn't make eye contact with me. It was very reassuring.
