Dr. Andy Delong excels at what he does and is exceptionally well with children. He is an amazing provider and I recommend him highly.

Mr Andy was so amazing really good with kids. He gets to eye level and explains everything at a child level while making it fun. 10/10 provider. He explains everything and allows you to be involved.

Mr Delong was excellent. His interaction as a provider was outstanding. I can understand was he is a Pediatric provider, based on the patient and empathy he shows towards his patients. He took the time to answer any questions I had. I felt very comfortable asking him questions. Taking the tests are very stressful and can be very disheartening when you hear the results of hearing loss. He was positive in saying we can do this to assist you in your hearing, etc. In made you feel positive and it was demeaning in any sense. Very good provider. I would highly recommend him. He is definitely an asset to the Cleveland Clinic

Good experience. And audiology intern did the entire exam then I met the doctor for the final assessment.

Dr DeLong was absolutely fantastic! He made my son feel so comfortable during the entire appointment. I have such high confidence in his skills and abilities as my kids' audiologist. Excellent provider.
