Dr. Mikayla Massa was excellent in every aspect of her audiology test and diagnosis.

She did a great job of answering my technical questions about the audio tests, and explaining the results.

Dr Mikayla Massa provided excellent explanations of the test procedures & results. She clearly gave the options for further care & she allowed me to make my decision about scheduling a hearing aid evaluation. She was always respectful & caring. I would have liked to have continued with her for my hearing aid evaluation, but she explained that that was not her area of expertise. She told me that her fellow audiologists were very qualified in hearing aid assessment & that she would recommend any of them. I was very pleased with Dr Massa's care.
