Dr. Schroeder is always so patient with our family and takes time to answer our questions.

Dr. Schroeder needed an ear mold and our daughter can be very temperamental with having her ears touched. Dr. Schroeder is aware of this and was quick to find staff to assist to make the process as quick and easy as possible.

The Dr. Was very kind. Made sure she told me everything about my results and let me know if I need anything from her all I needed to do is send her a message in my chart. I liked her a lot.

Dr. Schroeder was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything not only to me as the caregiver, but also to Islah who was apprehensive and has some processing delays. She was careful to explain things in a way Islah could understand and she ensured that Islah was completely comfortable with everything and that all my concerns were addressed.

Dr. Schroeder was very thorough and professional. She clearly explained the steps in the hearing testing process, the test results and options to address my Issues. She also made arrangements for someone to contact me to schedule a hearing aid evaluation. Her demeanor was very respectful, calming and attentive. I would highly recommend her.

Our visit with Dr Shroeder was the best physician experience I've had in over a decade. She was outstanding in every way. She was friendly, courteous, patient, gave great explanations, was super with Sully and me. 11/10. I told people about how great my experience was later in the day.

I cannot say enough about the team I saw in ENT. Especially Kristin Johnson. She went out of her way to get me into an appointment earlier than originally scheduled. She spent the time with me and made me as comfortable as possible while doing a procedure that could have been rough. She then got me into a hearing test and has followed up with me since the appointment. I am so happy I had her as my care provider. I would drive the hour to Elyria to see her again.

Dr Schroeder was awesome with my 3 year old and explained everything very thoroughly to me as the parent. She was very patient with the both of us and very professional.

I very much appreciated Dr Schroeder escorting us to the scheduling desk to schedule our follow up appt knowing that we were going to be back to see her as well as the ENT and she knew we needed back to back appts and wanted to make sure we got that easily.
