One of the best midwife's I've been involved with at the Cleveland Clinic. She was also a part of my delivery and was a great care provider. This appointment was compassionate, helpful, and really helped me feel more comfortable about my recovery.

She was 10 minutes late to the appointment, never turned her camera on during the visit, said her battery was low and we got disconnected after only 5 minutes. I'm assuming her phone or computer died. She did not call me back or rejoin the zoom meeting. This was right as I was asking questions about post party depression so it definitely does not seem like she cared about my wellbeing. Then a nurse reached out to ask if I had any further questions... When our meeting was 5 minutes! We didn't even get to the questions. I asked to not be billed for this appointment since I don't feel it even happend.
