Dr. Jain is a superb physician. She listens to you carefully, answers all of your questions, and is always ready to answer more. She relates to people as people, not just as patients. I wish that she were my PCP, not just my hematologist. I am looking for a PCP just like her!

My leukemia brought me to the Cleveland Clinic for the first time, and I have been so impressed with the care and the caring people. Everyone from the parking attendant who says "God Bless" to my doctors respects and welcomes me.

Dr. Jain in the hematology department is by far the best specialist I have ever met in my life. She spent over an hour with me and my family members educating us on the disease, the diagnosis, and answering our many many questions. She was able to take complicated subject matter and explain it in a way we totally understood. That is a skill few doctors have. I honestly can't say enough good about our experience with Dr. Jain. She is the best of the best in our book and a true treasure for your hospital.

A score of all 5's does not feel like a high enough score to rate Dr. Jain. She spent over 90 minutes with our family and helped us to better understand the diagnosis which our local doctor had not explained. She gave options and thoughtful ideas that factored in all the test results. Her willingness to lead the care going forward and also create the best quality of life was thoughtful and encouraging.

We contacted CC by phone and spoke with Jackie Devilla; Jackie promptly arranged our hotel stay and coordinated a referral to Dr. Akriti Jain. Jackie should be commended for the excellent job making us feel welcome and informative in planning our trip to CC. Dr. Jain was amazing and extremely knowledgeable about my health issues. She was excellent in explaining how we should proceed with my ongoing health care. In a few days Dr. Jain will be talking to us on a conference call soon to recommend our next step. She is great.
