I would recommend Dr. GINA and her staff to anyone. She looked at a rash on my leg and told me to get in touch with my heart Dr immediately. I did that, and saw heart Dr yesterday. I am allergic to one of my meds I have been taking for 6 weeks since heart attack. She is terrific in caring for her patients. Thank you for your service, time and staffing.

I had several visits with another provider who didn't seem to listen to my input. Dr. Gina Kuen was not like that, she listened. I believe that because she did listen,that the origin of my difficulty is now being treated and actually shows possibility of going away. She's a good doctor!

My January visit was cancelled due to physician illness. Going thru central scheduling I was scheduled as though I was new patient instead rescheduling as an existing patient. My new appointment was 60 days after my cancelled one. I feel I s/h/b given higher priority.

Due to the fact that I had to wait SOOO long for my dermatology appt., I had to spend money on 4 appts., which did nothing to address the issue that I was experiencing, which exacerbated and prolonged my problem. This was extremely disappointing to me. Dr. Kuehn was very knowledgeable, and knew right away what my problem was.

I had four "growths" that were noted in a full body skin scan. Options were offered "if it bothers you", but I didn't get any explanations of what the Irritating growths were, and they were named so quickly I didn't have time to make a mental note, let alone a physical one. The doctor definitely knows her stuff, but I felt a little rushed, and didn't get the feeling that a discussion was an option.I would have preferred more of an educational tone, so I know more about these skin Issues, because they are new to me.
