We have been going to Dr. Francy for almost 12 years. I feel he very thorough and explains things fully. He iften has me look in my children's ears or at their throats to see exactly what he is talking about. He also draws diagrams to make sure we know what he is talking about. He has personally called me with test results that I was nervous about on the weekend rather than having to wait until Monday during normal office hours. I highly recommend him to family and friends.
