Don't see any difference in seeing her be doctor. Very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. This time she answered questions regarding my "low" blood pressure and put me at ease.

Beat clinic practitioner we saw over three days. Took time to explain details, listen and empathize and her estimate was spot on. Felt heard and safe.

My appointment was scheduled with a different provider and their was no explanation given to me as to why I was seeing someone other than I was scheduled with. The provided that I did see did not introduce herself when she entered the room. She seemed not to fully listen to me and the concerns I had.

I'd called hoping to see a doctor when my 'chest cold' became serious, limiting my breathing. I was greeted by a very kind, empathetic staff person who was able to secure an appointment within hours!

Please accept my warmest regards related to this particular Physician's Assistant. She was thorough, kind and genuinely recognized my severe chest congestion, specifically due to my heart condition. She took a great deal of time in listening to my lungs. She indicated that I was "weazing all over the place" and recommended an immediate course of action. She explained that it sounded like pneumonia and explained that she was prescribing steroids and antibiotics for me.
