Kristen Burock listens and then engages in useful and beneficial conversation concerning my health. She Is also a very skilled clinician. She conveys test results with excellent understanding. She has earned my respect, trust, and confidence. I believe it is the great care from Cleveland Clinic that I am able to obtain a good quality of life even though I am inflicted with an undesirable condition. I can't express how much appreciation I have for Kristen and her staff.
