So happy yo have found Jake. He has excellent bedisde manner, hes very thorough, and he is so good with kids! My kids have always only seen female providers, but are comfortable with Jake. Thats huge.

Jacob Swan is a very nice person I have anxiety and especially so when I see a doctor and Jacob made me feel at ease as soon as we started talking and he listens attentively when I had something to say and is very patient. I was and am very pleased with him.

Dr. Jacob is fantastic. He is patient, kind has a sense of humor and is informative and even if he were rushed you would not know it. He is a great addition to the Cleveland Clinic. Excellent hire. He is a keeper far above some of the other doctors I have experienced. (and I am old so I have seen my share LOL)

This appointment resulted from a different doctor not showing up for my original appointment in Middleburg Heights. That was very frustrating to me as the waiting period to get in to see a doctor is so long!

The wait time for seeing a doctor is too long! I'm grateful that Dr. Swan's office had openings and could see me relatively quickly after my initial appointment was canceled.

Absolutely love this dude. Not only because of the twilight name but the CARE! Wonderful PA with genuine care for his patients. I had seen two other doctors before Jacob and didn't feel heard, but was blown away by his true concern and ability to offer ideas and possible solutions so quickly. I am so thankful for the care from Mr Swan and am excited to have a primary care physician again <3
