This is no reflection on Dr. Santos, but rather an abundance of shenanigans in trying to get a transfer of care from another provider to Dr. Santo.. When I was finally able to secure an appt with this new provider, someone at Cleveland Clinic only scheduled my visit for half an hour, and only let me know this a day or two before the appointment, saying that a initial appt with a new provider needed to be an hour. The new appt. I'd scheduled was already pretty far out from when I'd originally been scheduled with my former provider who didn't show for our last appt. This added quite a bit of time from my last appt., and caused me quite a lot of worry and anxiety. The reason my last provider didn't show for your appt was never relayed to me, and there was no closure for how they had treated me. All of this being said, Dr. Santos was wonderful in every way!

Again, this is no reflection, AT ALL, on Dr. Santos, but rather, the level of unprofessionalism I encountered leading up to this visit, specifically with my former provider, as well as scheduling. It doesn't make sense to me that a scheduler didn't know that a new patient visit in mental health care was unaware that the appt would require an hour--I honestly think this scheduler sabotaged my visit, perhaps on purpose. I want to say that this entirely excludes the woman who finally did get me in with Dr. Santos--she couldn't have been more helpful and empathetic.

Caring and effiecient provider
