Inital visit with resident and Dr Kaouk was very good and positive. Both showed genuine interest in my health issue and were very accomodating to my needs concerns and. My frustrations. Dr Kaouk solved them with his being able to schedule my surgery faster than could ever be antiicipated. During my post op follow up Nicole Ina was very personable and extremly professional in removal of my catheter. She showed genuine concerns for issues we related about possible problems that could be encountered if issues developed over the weekend and provided us with the support we needed to ease our concerns. It should be noted that she remained very professional and yet very sympathetic to me and my wife even with my sense of humor that was shared which. Might not be appreciated by others but she was GREAT about it

Nicole Ina was very caring and it was obvious by her attitude (great) that she wanted to make sure that I had all my questions answered about the upcoming procedure. I would recommend Nicole to friends and family.

Dr. Olivares is awesome. He without question is one of the best surgeons in the US. He is very thorough and explains everything completely.

I told my MP who talked with me that she should have been a doctor because she listened very well to me, described my physical issues, and gave my ways to improve my health. I believe she was exceptional and would want to see her again for additional help.

Dr had Teams issue at on the date and time of appointment.. Everything worked out..
