NP Mayo was very thorough in addressing my issue with my back. Her advice on how to resolve my back issue was multifaceted, and I appreciated her kindness in talking with me.

Nurse practitioner Mayo seemed knowledgeable, and focused on her job/work. That's good, but she was a bit matter of fact (kinda robotic). I recommend that she practice smiling and being friendly, which leads to genuine bedside manners.

I appreciate and respect C. Mayo's manner. She clearly could see my concerns, she listened, but she corrected my assumptions/ideas if inaccurate, yet took into account what I needed/wanted. For me, that's exactly what I needed. I was letting my fears/anxiety control my overall wellbeing, & I feel she noticed that & did her best to shut it down & not rule my overall wellness. However, she obviously cares and understood I had gone too long without some of my routine medical visits, and put-in for those visits, labs, etc. I would definitely schedule with her again in the future.

Have only met the primary doctor once. Always have to see a PA or NP. I don't feel like I have a primary physician who cares about me and therefor wouldn't recommend this practice. In fact, I may look for another primary doctor If any are taking new patients. The one time I met Dr Saadia Hussain I was very Impressed, but I have never been able to see her again.

In spite of the ease in getting appointment, Mr doctor's staff when I explained my medical issue and what I thought I needed, should if refer me to ER

Awesome knowledge. Very personable and professional. She was so good I scheduled a mammogram the next day. I hate mammogram, but her explanation make me take it more seriously.She asked the right question that had me explore therapy for my frequent urination. I wish I could work with her more often.

The nurse practitioner at Beachwood was thorough and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend her!
