This was my first time seeing the doctor. He took his time to get to know my health history. He also explained the treatment that I need going forward forward. So much better then my last doctor.

David Schaffer is always attentive, responsive, and so kind. He's one of the best providers I've ever seen at Cleveland Clinic. He listens and works with me and involves me in decisions of my care.

I moved to Ohio from Maine 8 years ago and immediately started seeing a primary care doctor at Cleveland Clinic for my medical care. My ONLY complaint is that in that time I've been transferred to several different Primary Care doctors! None of them have staying with me very long to get to know me. It seems like I'm regularly getting a call from the office that I'm reassigned a new primary care person. My last one was Angela Aikens at Stow; she was wonderful and an excellent care person because she made it obvious that she'd studied my history and knew my past medical issues, but she too has left and my last appointment was with a new person who knows nothing about me. Very frustrating to be passed along to new people so often.
