Baylee took the time to answer my many questions and really cares about her patients. She is kind, patient and highly knowledgeable. I was worried about my upcoming surgery, and she was able to put me at ease by explaining several aspects of the surgery and recovery. Cleveland Clinic is lucky to have her on staff.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bailey Burns. She is amazing! I have put off getting injections in my knees for years, because I was so worried about the pain it would cause. She did the injections so well that there was very minimal discomfort.

Baylee got me in for a same day appointment and set up imaging and changed a medication for me with ease Everything was done and completed only within a few hours of showing up. Amazing service and she was able to address my Issues and got me back to see my provider In one week and probably saved my leg because of It. Thank you Baylee

PA Burns was extremely patient in allowing me to have a friend who is a CNP on speaker phone during the consultation. She was very adept in explaining the various options available to me. She allowed my friend to interact during the discussion which allowed me to be comfortable and receptive to the suggestions that were offered. I would highly recommend PA Burns.

Baylee is a gem! I felt very respected and cared about. She took time to show me my recent x-rays, and explained the degree of severe deterioration. She answered all of my questions, discussed surgery dates and preparation for surgery. She discussed what will happen after surgery. She provided me with printed materials for my review and let me know that a social worker will reach out to me. I would HIGHLY recommend Baylee to anyone who may be in need of an orthopedic PA in the future.

Baylee was very thorough in her exam and in explaining exactly what was going on with my knee pain. She was very comforting and kind. She went over the x-rays with me in her explanation, which was very helpful in understanding my need for surgery. I would highly recommend her!

I was very impressed with Bailee Burns. She listened to what I had to say regarding my hip. She reviewed the x-rays with me and explained my situation from a clinical perspective. We discussed options and decided upon a strategy going forward and the time frame I could anticipate. I left the appointment feeling like we really had a plan going forward to handle the arthritic condition in my hip. I was extremely pleased. Bailee also assured me repeated to contact the office if anything comes up where she (or Dr. Krebs) could help.

Seeing Baylee Burns was excellent. Very concerned, listened well, made many good suggestions and we worked out a plan together. And she is warm and so easy to talk to.
