Jamie Wilson was amazing at scheduling my appointment as well as very polite checking me in and answering any questions I did have. She also was the one to check me out since the check out person was nowhere to be found. She is amazing. Jasmine Romeo is a great provider and I trust her more than anything. I am so happy she came to the practice.

Can I just say how much I love Jasmine? She absolutely took time to listen to every single one of my concerns. She validated my feelings and offered professional recommendations. She and her service are 10/10 for sure. She embodies ALL of the cleveland clinic values. The empathy and care I received during my visit was exceptional.

Due to previous childhood sexual abuse, I am very afraid of these kinds of appointments. The doctor was very compassionate and very patient with me. She asked permission before every procedure and helped to keep me calm. 5 stars indeed.
