As noted earlier in this survey, Anasua B. PA provides absolutely first-class care, in all ways. She is a credit to the Cleveland Clinic and to Dr. Samuel Haywood. She answered all of my questions and gave me as much time as I needed.

After a bad experience with a previous doctor and her nurse, I was very anxious and beyond nervous at my appointment. Provider was compassionate and caring and did not rush me at all. Took the time to listen and I felt she truly cared about me and my concerns.

Tori was absolutely wonderful and was very detailed in discussing my issue and tips for trying to avoid future issues. She actually was the first person that said, I will call you to follow up with you, and she did!! My only disappointment, is she works out of Main campus and was only helping at Hillcrest on the day of my appointment. Tori is professional and has a wonderful personality.
