I have received the best care ever from The Cleveland Clinic and yes I do like in person better because then my doctor can physically check my vitals and anything else that I may have issues with. Zoom is still a great thing if the weather is bad for driving.

Made the trip and wasn't much the doctor could do because the medicine didn't come. Doctor explained the procedure precisely just waiting for the medicine
