Jeffery was wonderful. He's the first person I spoke to that made me feel normal discussing the issues I was having and was very respectful

Jeffrey, is always there to help me get through whatever I am feeling and answer any questions or concerns I might have about medication or how I am feeling. He's goal is to help me manage my mental health. I am bless to have him as my provider

The provider was compassionate and caring, and very understanding of my circumstances. He made me feel comfortable, and I was able to provide very honest feedback about my symptoms. I went into the appointment with fear of judgement and left feeling very comfortable.

I have referred 2 people to Mr. James because he's made me feel so welcome, actually listened to what I needed to say for my own advocacy & has always presented options to consider then helped the decision be made. He clearly warns of side effects of the meds too. He is very friendly and extremely helpful.

Will absolutely refer Dr. James and his office to anyone I know that needs his type of medical help. Always great experiences, even during the first visit which was uncomfortable for me personally just because I was facing the reality that I needed professional help. He and his staff made an uncomfortable situation comfortable.

I've Recently had to switch providers because of insurance. I was with the other provider for almost 9 years. Jeffrey James has made it a very comfortable experience, switching over to him. He explains any questions or concerns I might have. I feel very comfortable with Mr James being my provider. I think he does an outstanding job. A breath of fresh air
