Took forever and was typing and adding "instructions" for me with no discussion about what my symptoms are and how common these are with a 70yr old woman. No idea about women. Gonna fix everything with her "new problem solving" ideas. Do you think you are the 1st to talk to a patient with normal older woman issues? A very active, exercising woman at that.

Jenn is not only knowledgeable, but kind and compassionate. Her manner puts people at ease and makes it easy to talk to her. I would sorely miss her should she ever choose to leave..
