I will always recommend Natalie to anyone looking to transfer their care or find a PCP with the clinic. Between her and Dr. Daoud, I feel very comfortable with the decisions being made regarding my health/care.

I'm allergic to peanuts, she prescribed me vitamin D with peanut oil in it. Very disappointed

Natalie Wilson was excellent. We had a detailed discussion about my concerns. She didn't rush at any time & made very helpful suggestions. I would rate her service EXCELLENT if that option existed above.

This was in get to know you type appointment because I was moving from Virginia to the Cleveland area and concerned about continuity of care coordination. But Dr. Wilson was wonderful to all the time necessary dancer, all my questions and concerns and provide necessary referrals for the care that I needed outside of my primary care.

This was my first encounter with Natalie Wilson. She was professional, and friendly. She used patient education charts to explain some of my symptoms. Explained WHY I may have been feeling such symptoms. Listened to my concerns and ailments. Offered suggestions and asked what I would prefer and feel most comfortable in returning to the office. I would definitely return to this office and most definitely return to see Natalie. She's a great asset to the team. I was much appreciative that she took the extra time with me even though there was a scheduling error!

Natalie took care of me on my last two visits to the office and she is always great. I could sense her concern when she realized that I was out of rhythm with atrial flutter and she handled things very professionally to get me sent over to the ER for followup.

I tried to get an appointment with Dr. Bahtia and couldn't get one and got Natalie instead. Natalie was very professional and took a great deal of time with me, which I greatly appreciated. I would see her again.
