Melanie is a wonderful person very helpful and very caring about her patience. I just love her to death. She has helped me and I know she will continue to help me. I'm very proud to have her as my doctor.

I am extremely happy with Melanie. She has always asked answer my questions and she cares about me and she wants to make sure that I'm doing what I need to do to stay healthy. I would recommend her to anybody. She's a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Queener she is by far one of the best. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. Very easy to talk to!! She genuinely cares and that's amazing to find!! One major thing she does is keeps her word. I know it's hard for a Dr sometimes but man is so on it.

She listened & thoroughly went over everything! Often feel rushed with Cleve clinic doctors but I didn't feel rushed at all with her. She was wonderful

Melanie was very familiar with my condition and me as a patient. She answered all my questions, reviewed my recent history and treatment options and worked with me to jointly agree on next steps. In particular, and this I really appreciate, she has been extremely helpful in taking care of my after visit requests for additional help.
