The health provider, nurse practitioner Alisa was very helpful. She was very detailed in explaining and asking questions to know better my situation and what needs to be address soon.I would recommend her to anyone that will ask. I hope to see her again next week I will have my regular check up. Thank you Alisa!

Very difficult-if not impossible-to reschedule appointment cancelled (by Clinic) with provider. Only PA was available.

The provider was absolutely horrible. She was rude, and very condescending. As an employee of CCF I am ashamed of the lack of CCF values she displayed.
