She took time to discuss my concerns about going on an antibiotic and possibly aggravating my IBS issues which I appreciated.

Marie seemed more concerned with what "studies" had/have shown than my own experience with Sinus infections. I get them pretty regularly and have discussed them with my GP Dr. Allan. He is perfectly fine with me using Express Care to get Doxycycline for 7-10 day prescription to treat them. Marie did not want to 1) prescribe me anything 2) give me Doxy 3) prescribe it for 7 days. I had to really plead my case. I had waited almost 2 weeks before calling in for help with this latest sinus infection. The pain was so bad it was causing issues with my work and making it hard to focus and just think. Having to fight for the prescription that I know will work didn't help. When I have gotten other providers in Express Care, they do not have an issue with prescribing me Doxycycline for 7-10 days.

Outstanding in every way - knowledgeable, efficient, and thoughtful - I really appreciated getting a prescription for Paxlovid early in my covid case. She was even checked and confirmed which of our local pharmacies would be able to fill the prescription (meaning had Paxlovid in inventory). Wonderful!!!

As someone who has had sinus infections off and on for over 20 years, instead of listening to me when I explained what symptoms I normally get, what symptoms I have, and how the express care doctors treat it, she talked over me, telling me text book symptoms and solutions. At least she prescribed antibiotics, which I ended up needing anyway - like I knew I would. How about a little less reading of a text book and a little more listening to patients? I know what I present when I have a sinus infection.

I was so ill with a bacterial infection. She was through and prescribed meds that allowed me to improve after 13 days of illness!

This was my first time with covid, so I needed to do a little more research apart from the provider's short hand explanation of how I should reenter the workforce. She didn't mention masking, which I did do. Perhaps she thought I'd been through it before. But overall... Good visit.

Personally , I do not like telephone and video visits generally. However, since this was a case of COVID , I greatly appreciated not driving to the clinic. Your provider was polite and took the time to explain the reason for the medicine prescribed. I was quite satisfied.

I had just tested positive for Covid using an at home test. I am a transplant recipient, from the Cleveland Clinic. I knew I could not take Paxlovid. My care provider prescribed exactly what my transplant coordinator Morgan had recommended months ago in a message. She checked area pharmacies for supply and I was able to start the anti-viral that same evening, She answered all questions about the prescribed medicine too! She was great!!
