I have been very pleased with Dr. Gerhardstein. This is only the second time I have seen her, but I find her to be knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She is very down to earth, and I appreciated the time she spent with me. My previous doctor retired, and Dr. Gerhardstein was the only doctor at Willoughby Hills accepting new patients at the time. I am fortunate that she became my doctor. I feel very comfortable with her.

Willoughby Hills Cleveland clinic is sorely in need of more physicians. Dr. Gerhardstein is an excellent care provider, and because of this, is in great demand. When scheduling my follow-up, found that it was over six months before I could see her again.

I made my first time appointment with Dr. Sarah Gerhardstein as an obligatory appointment with the Cleveland Clinic. My plan was to change over to a UH Doctor as they always seem to provide better care for me. I was pleasantly surprised and over joyed that Dr. Gerhardstein was going to be able to provide me with excellent service. I am thrilled that she is my Doctor.

The doctors are so busy, I had to wait almost a year to see Dr. Gerhardstein (plus she had a baby)...I needed to set her up as my new primary after Dr. Lackey retired, and it was ridiculous having to wait that long!! I had a couple issues come up & had to go to express care (which worked out well), but still should be able to see doctors within a reasonable time.

DR. SARAH GERHARDSTEIN IS THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY 75 YEARS OF LIFE...AND I AM A CANCER SURVIVOR, DIABETIC, HAVE THE RAREST FORM OF GLAUCOMA IN BOTH EYES PATIENT, AND HAVE HAD MANY MAJOR SURGERIES AS WELL AS HAVE BEEN RADIATED AND HAVE HAD THE TOPS OF MY FEMURS AND MY HIPS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH TITADIUM BECAUSE OF AVN... ALL DUE TO THE MEDICAL ISSUES I JUST LISTED.... I HAVE BEEN THROUGH A GREAT DEAL MEDICALLY SINCE I WAS 45 YEARS OF AGE, AND LIKE I SAID DR. GERHARDSTEIN IS THE BEST! ....PLEASE REWARD BOTH HER AND HER NURSE, SO THEY WILL STAY WITH THE CLINIC UNTIL I STOP SUCKING AIR!

My primary care physician for over 25 years was Dr. Joan McDonough who, unfortunately retired last October. I never thought I would find a PCP that would be as kind and considerate as Dr. McDoough was until I met with Dr. Sara Gerhardstein last week. What a pleasant experience it was. She has a great personality and a good sense of humor. It's very important to be able to relate and communicate with your doctor and I found that Dr, Gerhardstein was a great listener and was able to addresss all of my concerns. Cleveland Clinic Is very lucky to have her on their staff.

After my doctor of 15 years Dr Lackey retired It took me over a year to get a appointment after 3 apointments were canceled by the clinic with the doctor she recomended. I waited it out and I'm glad I did I like Dr. Gerhardstein.
