Rachel was excellent, she obviously took time to familiarize herself with me as she was a fill in that day. I felt completely at ease and totally heard in all our discussions. Rachel offered suggestions and possible treatments that aligned with my care concerns. I would like to see Rachel as part of my care team at Melon Center

I'm not sure whether it stated exactly which appointment this survey was for and I had a couple visits on the same day. Assuming this is Rachel Butler, I want to express that she is outstanding in all respects. She is patient, and allows me to take the time to share all the background information she may need (which can't be easy, since I can use too many words and have disjointed speech when fatigued). She has fantastic active listening skills, and does an excellent job recapping what she heard to confirm her understanding. She is great at helping me to get back on track if I stray off topic. She asks excellent probing questions, doing a very good job at pulling information out that I forgot to share. She is very solution oriented, and seems to have proactive actions that can help for each issue or concern I share. She has very strong written and verbal communication skills, and is great at communicating complex or scientific health information in a way that is easy for me to both understand and retain. She is empathetic, caring, and very pleasant overall. She seems non-judgemental and value-neutral, which helps me to feel safe in sharing all issues openly and thoroughly. She totally understood how overwhelmed I was by the long list of medical to dos and helped me to prioritize with a clear and feasible action plan. And she's prompt in her replies and post appointment follow ups.

Rachel is the 1st provider that I have seen at the Mellen Center who has actually taken the time to actually listen to everything I have to say. She has worked with me to discuss options and come up with a treatment plan that is proactive. I could not ask for a more empathetic provider.

Very good at listening to concerns and understanding. Because of my remaining symptoms ( and likely my personality) , I talk too much. Still, she was able to make the visit a productive pleasant one.

Rachel was excellent to work with. This is my first flare in almost a decade and Rachel was understanding, compassionate, and easy to work with. She asked questions that I felt gave her valuable insight to my current condition and worked quickly to set up a course of action. She was quick to respond to messages and had tests ordered quickly and checked all my usual problem areas. Could not recommend her any higher!

This was my first time meeting Rachel Butler. She took the time to learn about my symptoms. She listened to my concerns and really put in an effort to try to help me. She was easy to talk to, very friendly and caring.
